A legendary wine from the equally legendary Emidio Pepe, who sadly passed away earlier this year. His family continues to carry his work forward.

Made from Montepulciano grapes grown in clay-rich soils, with no chemicals used in either the vineyard or the cellar. The wine is vinified and aged exclusively in concrete, preserving the pure expression of the Montepulciano grape.

Big and concentrated, it's a perfect match for colder nights. We recommend decanting it and watching it evolve, gradually revealing its mineral character, vibrant fruit and signature savoury edge.
